Hi team,

I have recently started using the awesome plan image plugin to show which members have purchase some kind of plan. I am showing the plan on image on their profile page and as a field in the CB List view.

Now, what I would like to do, but haven't been able to figure out, is this:

To sort the members in the CB list not by, e.g., last logged in date, but by who has a certain CBSubs plan. So that members who have a certain plan show first and would animate other members to upgrade to the same plan.

I was thing of some sort by plan-ID or but I am not sure how I could access any of the CBSubs field from the Advanced Field in the Sort tab for a CB list.

Is there any other way or a workaround to be able to sort members in a CB list based on their CBSubs plan subscription?

Thank you very much!

Create a CB field to map the subscription plan and use CBSubs CB Gield integration to properly populate the field based on subscriptions.

Then use that field in your list to sort off.

Hello again,

I tested this and setting the value on plan assignment (and sorting off that field) works great.

However, setting the field to a new value on deactivation, e.g., when the plan expires, can it be that this is only done once a user logs out and back in again?

My test user's plan expired but the value for deactivation was not set. Only after logging out and back in, it seems to have taken effect. Is that the normal behaviour or is there anything else I need to do for it to automatically take place?

Thank you!

When the plan expires you need to trigger expirations. This is done by running the URL found within CBSubs > Settings > Global regularly with CRON, visiting CBSubs backend as an administrator (if configured), or the user re-logging. Until the expiration is triggered they won't be truly expired.

OK. Thank you very much for the answer. So it's the URL for 'Url of cron task' in the section "Automated payments (this is only for use if required and supported in payment gateway and by payment service provider)"? That's the only one I see there at least.

No, it's within CBSubs > Settings > Global under "Automation settings".
