[SOLVED] Hides fields at registration not working correctly

I have three main membership plans with sub plans for 6 months three months and one month for two of the main plans. The third plan is a free option.

The CB Subs 'hide fields at registration' under the Workflows tab in Plans is basically not working at all.

All the registration plans are the same. It used to work and I don't know why it has stopped, but I do need some help to get it resolved as I've tried everything I can think of.

Ensure you've no fatal JS errors present preventing that jQuery from working. To check for JS errors press F12 to open your browsers developer console, click the console tab, then refresh the page, now check if there's any fatal errors (they'll be in red) in the console.

Hi,

Thanks but there are no js errors. Where do I go from here? This is now urgent and with the time difference I am frustrated by not getting responses for long hours of time.

Do you offer southern hemisphere support, or only northern?

Are you conditioning those fields with CB Conditional causing a conflict between which plugin will show or hide those fields? Disable all non-core CB plugins except CBSubs to rule out a conflict.

Hi,

I cannot find a plugin called CB Conditional. I've disabled all other plugins under Community Builder Plugin Management which don't appear to be completely necessary and there is no difference.

Caching is disabled.
