Have reviewed your install and it's because you've unpublished and set the CBSubs tab to registered access. I've fixed it back to published and public. If you don't want it actually displayed on profile you can disable that within CBSubs > Settings > Display > Plans with "Show on CB User Profile" under "Plans and Subscriptions presentation". I've confirmed your issue is now resolved please also confirm is working as expected.
