[SOLVED] Installation error on first install

Dear All,

I have just purchased a subscription to CBSubs. I have downloaded the installation file and tried to install using the CB Plugin installer.

I get the following errors:

Warning

JFtp::login: Unable to login
JFTP: :mkdir: Bad response.
JFTP: :chmod: Bad response.

Error

Upload Failed
Failed to create directory "/home4/interqo2/public_html/private/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/"
Failed to save Install CB Plugin because: Installation error

I suspect this is a common error and everyone will give me great help in solving the issue.

OK found error. ftp password has been changed. synched now and install taken place
