Hello,

I am using the CBSubs module which can be configured to display which plans a user is on.

In there, I want to edit the parameter "Message to non-subscribed users".
In the tooltip, it says "HTML Messages (variations must be separated by [OR_MESSAGE]). Can be HTML text or image (ends with .jpg, .png or .gif). Leave empty for module to be hidden in this condition. (each line is translated by plugin)"

I understand that this means it's possible to add html, but when I try doing so then everything in the field is just removed altogether. I want to show a few images in there and make them clickable to certain links.

I'm not sure what is meant by "variations must be separated by [OR_MESSAGE]" or how I'm supposed to use that.

Is it possible to use HTML, and if yes, how?

Thanks!

Looks like it's the Joomla textarea filtering removing it. However the initial save of the module should save your HTML. Have added a bug ticket to fix.

Thanks for the reply, I look forward to the bug fix.

I have tested to see if the html is at least maintained upon the first save, but unfortunately even that is not the case.

You maybe able to just use a language string then in your language string usage have your HTML. Aside from that next release will have the fix in place to prevent Joomla from removing the HTML.
