Hi,
I want to automatically add a plan using index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=pluginclass&plugin=cbpaidsubscriptions&do=addplanstobasket&plans=14
However, the name of the plan doesn't show on the website (see image) and when the registration process is completed I receive the welcome email. The subject is correct but the body of the email doesn't. (pdf attached of both the email and the admin view.)

I am using:
CB Subs ps_cbpaidsubscriptions_4.1.0+build.2017.08.23.17.16.11.19be35f43,
Community Builder pkg_communitybuilder_2.1.3+build.2017.08.27.10.28.19.6800e52ca,
Joomla 3.7.3

Thank you,
Alma

Is it just the email sent to admins that's missing the body? Have you tried a Gmail address for example to rule out a software problem? Is HTML in the message body and if so are all HTML tags properly closed?

As for the plan name not displaying the turquoise color isn't being applied either. This likely means something is overriding Bootstrap 3 styling. The font color I believe is changed to white for turquoise. Try removing the CSS class and see if plan name shows. If still not showing right click and inspect element on the page to review the HTML in your browsers console to see what CSS is breaking the plan name display.

Hi Thanks for the answer. The email is sent both the user and the admin. Neither gets the body. I have tried it to other gmail accounts with the same results. The email body is set to text, not HTML.

Strange, it works fine in all my tests and we've been using it here for years. Do all emails do this? Try sending an email to your self from CB > User Management by selecting your users checkbox then clicking Mass Mailer and see if the subject and body send fine.
