[SOLVED] Streamline CBSubs Registration and payment process

At the moment, when a new user registers on the site the process is as follows:

page 1. registration page with choice of plans
page 2. a confirmation page, with 'Your registration data has now been saved, but your subscription isn't active yet. You need now to pay the subscription:' at the top. We have customised the button at the bottom to just say 'next'.
page 3. the payment page asking for credit card details

We are only using one payment gateway.

Is it possible to omit page 2, and go straight from page 1 to page 3.
Or else, is it possible to combine pages 1 and 2 so that the button from page 2 is on the bottom of page 1?

If your intro text at the top (setting "Registration payment Intro Text" in Display / Basket tab of CBSubs general settings) is empty, AND you have a single gateway, page 2 will be skipped. This is described in the CBSubs manual (a recommended read, there are tons of other cool features allowing you to optimize user experience and sales) as well as in the info hover of that field.
