Error Message when Upgrading was created by tmoran

I have updated to the latest CB version and tried installing CB Subs 4.5.0
It appears to have installed CB Subs 4.5.0 successfully (despite the error messages), however Rounded 4.5.1 hasn't been installed.

Problem solved, the latest version of CB wasn't installed correctly.
