[SOLVED] Installation issue was created by lucablue
Hi,
I've tried to install CB Subs plug in, both in a package as in single download, and after the installation the plug in give error:

System Information
Joomla: 4.0.5
PHP: 8.0.12
Database: mysql 10.3.31-MariaDB-log

Package
File: 000_cbplug_CBSubs_MAIN-4.5.3+build.2022.01.09.00.47.09.10503e1aa.zip
Log:
Code:
Row size too large (> 8126). Changing some columns to TEXT or BLOB may help. In current row format, BLOB prefix of 0 bytes is stored inline.

How can I solve to install it?

Thank you

Please see my reply to below same topic.

Most likely database collation problem like in that topic.

Site seams accessible to me. Changing collation shouldn't bring down a site either. It's also safer to clone the table, change the collation, replace the original with the clone. This avoids impacting a live site during a database structure operation. It's worth noting collation issues typically happen due to the database itself having the wrong default collation for its environment. Database collations for Joomla sites should have their default set to utf8mb4_general_ci.

Hi,
I've found the issue and solved.

In one of the thread you linked me, was written to change collation and click on box to change also the exist table. This coused problem.

I've restored the webisite without CB installed, changed the collation as was written in that thread and then I've installed the CB Package, with CB Paid subscription included.

Now it works.

Can you add this note in that thread for future users?

Thank you
