Registration State CB Field was created by wjgadmin

I noticed on the registration form / invoice update address, the field "State (Optional)" isn't really optional. Unfortunately I can't find this field in the CB fields, can you please let me know where that is so I can either make it optional, or remove the text optional from the front end?

CBSubs Invoice Address is optional if configured as optional in CBSubs > Settings > Display > Invoices. It showing optional when configured as mandatory could be a language string problem if you've a language plugin installed that might be overriding that string. If you're talking about a state field on CBs registration form then that wouldn't be from CBSubs and would be a field in CB > Field Management.
