I'm trying to set up a series of automated renewal messages; one to be sent 2 weeks before renewal is due, another on renewal day and one the week following. (if still not actioned) In the mailer message settings, the instructions imply that the message will only be sent after payment. (see attachment 1) I need the message to be sent before the renewal payment.
The manual is a little confusing for me as I'm not a developer. Is anyone able to explain what I need to do?
It will be sent based off your Main Mailer Triggering Conditions. So for example 2 weeks before and 1 week after would be the following.
Automatically send message starting at: 2 weeks (14 days) before
Relative to this date: Subscription's Expiry Date
But do not send message if it's later than: 1 week (7 days) after
The description just doesn't change based off triggering conditions so that's why it says that as if you didn't supply any triggering conditions that would be the case for that mailer.
