I've just set up a Stripe payment gateway on an existing and working CBSubs installation. I set up a donation plan and used that to send a small payment as a test. The payment is received correctly in the Stripe account and CBSubs reports payment completed successfully and issues an invoice. However, the Stripe developer interface reports a failed charge.succeeded webhook with HTTP response 503 (service unavailable). Having read a few forum postings here, my suspicion is that I haven't quite set the right webhook support at Stripe. But, I cannot find any documentation of the correct settings in the CBSubs manual 4.1.0 or elsewhere on this site. I have all charge and checkout webhook events enabled at Stripe at the moment, 17 in total. Please advise.
We don't throw a 503 error anywhere in CB or CBSubs. Joomla will if your Joomla install is set to Offline though. Ensure you've copied the webhook URL over from within your Stripe gateway in CBSubs > Stripe.
