Dear support,

I started annual renewal of membership subscription on dec 1st.
Discovered in first days that in some case, the subscription was not renewed, although succesfully paid in stripe. While we had past year +/-150 new registrations and new subscriptions payed without a single issue.

I updated this week CB Subs + all plugins and Stripe gateway to latest version. Same issue still.

I checked SBSubs log: see attached file with the last succesfull payment/renewal + 1 succesfull payment but no renewal in CBSubs + me manually renew the missed subscription. I don't see any explanation there

I double checked my Stripe gateway config: all webhooks required in CBSubs are configured.
I checked Stripe log: shows 0 errors on webhook endpoints in last 7 days.

No idea what more I can verify, please advise. I now have to manually verify each and every payment in stripe and where needed manually renew the paid subscription :-(
kind regards,
Roland

Is this an auto renewal or manual renewal? If auto renewal is the subscription identified as accepting auto renewals in CBSubs > Subscriptions? A manual renewal of an otherwise auto recurring subscription will flip it to a manual renewal subscription.

it is not an autorenewal subscription. The user has to log on to the site, click on the renew button to proceed to payment.
Regardless of this, the problem is that his payment is not registered in CB Subs, his subcription not renewed, like in most identical cases with the same plan correctly happens.

Strange, it should've activated the subscription immediately with possible fallback to webhooks. Is this happening for everyone or just a specific user? Anything different about their payment method? Something like fraud checks delaying the payment at Stripe?

Strange and unexpected since it is working without any issue for a year.
5 on 55 payments gave an issue, the other were processed correctly.
That means that 5 on 55 users had an issue, 50 not (we are renewing annual membership for a sportsclub)
The 5 that failed to renew the subscription, all paid with 'Bancontact' the most used payment method in Belgium. 28 other payments with Bancontact didn't fail.
Those that failed, have no entries in CBSubs=>Baskets or CBSubs=>Payments. But that's maybe obvious for you...

Strange, my best guess is an integration of some kind could be interrupting the payment. Are you using CB Auto Actions to act on any CBSubs triggers or using any CBSubs integrations like SQL Actions specific to those users? Is there anything common between the 5 that failed (e.g. integration logic, specific field value, etc..)?
