Merry Christmas!

My mailer is set to send our renewal reminders 7 days before subscriptions expire. All our subscriptions expire at year end (Dec. 31st). I thought I would see the mail queue filled up with renewal reminders this morning (Dec. 24th) but there weren't any. No messages in the queue and no messages sent.

My condition settings are below.

Do you have a CRON job setup to run the mailer processing queue? If not then the mailer won't do anything. Within CBSubs > Mailer > Automation settings you'll find the URLs you can use for CRON or run manually.

I do have a cron job set up (2 of them actually) - one to process the rules and the 2nd to mail the messages. I guess they aren't working properly. I'll do some digging into it.
