An odd scenario. Client wants the possibility of a company registering multiple users, say 10, when a company representative registers. I can't see how to do this other than using a coupon code but is there another way you are aware of?

Thanks

Maybe solved. I found 'CBSubs Family Plans' which might be the solution. Just needed to search the correct term.

Or maybe not.

The Family Plans plugin seems only to send a sharing request email to an existing user although the (old from 2016) documentation mentions creating a user. It looks like someone would have to create a user and then accept a request to be part of a family plan which sounds more work than just registering with a discount code.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

CBSubs Family Plan just lets a user share their subscription with other users. The other users need to already exist. We don't have a solution for bulk registering a large amount of users. For that you'd need to use a custom HTML form that submits to a PHP endpoint to process all those registrations. Joomla and CB aren't a CRM so trying to use it as one might meet some friction. We'd like to have some CRM features in the future to allow for this though (e.g. bulk register, bulk edit, etc..).

I thought so.

I've found CB Options which seems to do the job. A bit of config required but looks promising.

Workflow could be:

Primary person registers
Specifies number of additional members
Basket total changes to reflect base price x additional members
User approval/ login
Primary person then goes to share subscription page
Share subscription page allows total shares x additional members (custom field pulls the total additional members and stores it in this field)
Share sub function then shares a custom coupon code so additional members can create account and bypass payment

I'll see if this works :-)

That'd work, but understood you wanted the primary person to create the other users accounts. If that's not necessary then yup that'll absolutely work for allowing the primary person to purchase additional subscriptions on the other users behalf.
