So you helped me with my setup for my merchant services company (which is CC Bill) a few months ago.  

But apparently CB Paid Subs for CC Bill is setup to use what CC BIll calls their JPost form, which CC Bill says they are sunsetting. Complicating the matter some, somehow the CAPTCHA form on the JPost form is BROKEN.  The image doesn't display.  The only reason that's a problem for us is that it means that my subscribers can't pay for subscriptions.  And there's no way to know when CC  Bill would get to this.  And I'm traveling Wednesday for several weeks so this has me pretty stressed.  

What my website NEEDS to use is something they call their FlexForm.  They gave me the link to the form and the Flex ID for the form but I'm not sure where to put the URL in the CB Paid Subs backend - or even if it's possible to do that.

Previously, you set things up so I could contact you directly, but my whole history here on Joomlapolis Support seems to be cleared out so I'm not sure how to do that.  I'd like to send you the (fairly sketchy) information that CC Bill sent me, if that's possible.

Sorry for the tone of this message.  It's just the timing couldn't be worse and I can't really afford to not be accepting subscription payments.  Haha.

I don't recall setting this up for you. We did apply a patch to fix BackgroundPost implementation as per your below topic.

Our implementation uses JPost Payment Forms. There's no mention in their documentation of it being deprecated.

Will review their FlexForm documentation and see if we can switch things over if possible. I cannot guarantee this will be done by Wednesday. Their JPost form having a captcha issue is something they need to seriously fix though. Maybe there's an option to turn that captcha off in your CCBill account?

Switching the API over seams relatively easy. The problem is I'm not really able to confirm it works. The test account they provided does not have dynamic pricing enabled on the form nor will they let me enable it. So to enable it I have to contact support and that will probably take awhile.

Now I can provide you with a patched build, but I cannot guarantee it's going to work so you're going to need to make a flex form in sandbox mode and verify the payment goes through as expected. If you're willing to try then please PM me (see link in signature below) and email address you'd like to receive the build at and will send it over.

Ok, was able to get dynamic pricing enabled through live chat. Will be able to test the updating of the implementation to FlexForm now. Will try to have a fixed build release for you today.

Ok, latest CBSubs build release now supports FlexForm. It also still supports legacy JPost. For existing installs there will be no change here and should work as it always has. However you'll now find a Flex Form ID parameter when editing your CCBill gateway. Simply provide that ID and you'll be good to go for FlexForm.

I have tested and confirmed that JPost payments work, FlexForm payments work, and BackgroundPost properly pays baskets. I did not have time to verify recurring payments, but the Datalink API isn't deprecated and remains unchanged so I suspect it will work as is.
