I've been successfully using CB Subscriptions since May of 2025. I haven't changed anything other than keeping up with regular updates. But since December 9, 2025 nobody has been getting confirmation e-mails from my site and I have NO IDEA why. I only just got a person complaining about it - because (hideously) my contact form ALSO kinda broke. I don't know if those are coincidental or what. But I need help! Thank you!
I should add: there have been no problems with people purchasing subscriptions through the site. And communication between the site and my credit card processor is fine. Folks are buying subscriptions. They just can't access the site because they're not getting confirmation e-mails. When I go into CB Subscriptions to Resend Confirmation - that isn't working, either.

Our emails entirely go through Joomla API. So there's nothing special in regards to our emails that makes them different from any email sent by Joomla. Are the emails not going through or are they just landing in spam folders? If they not sending at all then it's possible something has changed at your webhost and is preventing the outbound emails. Recommend checking your mailer configuration to be sure it's absolutely correct.
We do have a feature to turn off all outbound emails within CB > Configuration > Integrations with the "Send Emails" parameter. Be sure that wasn't turned on at any point by accident. As for registration emails a subject and body must be supplied in CB > Configuration > Registration for Pending and Welcome emails. Be sure that configuration wasn't changed by accident as well.
