Electronic waiver signing

Hi Kyle have you ever looked into electronic waiver signing? We need something more than the accepted terms tick box.

I was looking at integrating a commercially available service but wondered if you have any thoughts or experience on this?

We have not and currently don't have plans of implementing support for this for now. Once we've converted all our plugins to Joomla extensions that'd probably be more easy to do since you'd just be able to extend the payment form with whatever Joomla field you want. For now the only way to extend that form is using PHP and acting on our basket triggers.
