How to know which user sent an image aproval email

If this is the case you should just use the moderation module.

The problem is that using the Moderation Module every user can see it on the site and that's not the objective!

I don't want everyone to see that, only me and/or Super Administrators (cause we are the ones which aprove or deny things)... reason I'm trying to put [NAME] on the aproval e-mail.
