Unable to add new tabs on user profile was created by Strega

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I can't seem to add a new tab. There are 2 tabs there now but the 3rd tab doesn't appear, and I have set 5 fields to show in that tab. Any suggestions?

I just figured it out, I had "Show Empty Tabs" set to "No". $=\$
