No emails arriving

I am using the community builder, and when a user registers for an account at my site www.wotworx.co.nz they are not recieving the email to confirm their subscription.

Have tried a number of different sendmail options - can anyone help?

Have just the same problem on my syte www.vippass.com.ua

CB version - 1.7 with russian language package
Joomla version - 1.6.0

If someone tries to register using CB Login module, he don't receive approval e-mail.
By the way standard Joomla Login module works correctly and users receive approval e-mail in a few seconds.

@both: you need to first of all make sure that emailing from your Joomla website works.

Try Joomla mass mail to test.

You should look at Joomla Global parameters and check your email related settings and then perhaps ask your hosted for assistance.

Well, I've solved this problem.

According to my provider's instructions, I'd configured /libraries/phpmailer/phpmailer.php. Joomla! massmail and approval mail worked correctly.

CB massmail and approval mail hadn't work correctly until I have modified in the same way administrator/components/com_comprofiler/library/phpmailer/phpmailer.phpmailer.php.

So the problem was that Joomla!-mail and CB-mail have different configuration files and correct work of Joomla!-mail doesn't mean correct work of CB-mail.

Now everything works fine)
