Resend confirmation email not working was created by varst

Hi!
I have the Problem here:
I have some confirmed and enabled users here and when I check one of them and klick on the "resend confirmation" Button it says "Sent confirmation emails to 0 users" and it's not lying: there is no confirmation sent at all.
I'm running CB 1.7 on Joomla 1.5.23

Resend confirmation was designed to only work on unconfirmed users that have potentially lost the original email in a spam box, etc.
