Phone field on Registration - Numeric only?

How do I set the phone field so that it will only allow numeric characters (spaces, dots and dashes also permitted)?

Go to your cb admin panel->field managment->phone field, there's a drop down on the right called authorized input, select custom perl regular expression and put:
/[0-9]/
