Can't access User Profile from the front end

Can't access User Profile from the front end was created by jwang
This is very strange. Since I upgrade from 1.3.1 to 1.7.1. No new registrant can open their user profile from the front end.

message:

" You are not authorized to access the requested resource"

User profile: allow access to Everyone.

Please study installation guide and make sure mandatory PUBLIC menu is in place.

CB Profile menu is created but we still have the same problem:

Community Builder User profile
This is a menu item for Community Builder User profile. Please create only one of them and make sure that this menu item is of public access and published.
