I have been trying to install CB 1.9 onto Joomla 3.0.3 for a few days. I have received error messages. Please let me know if I missed anything or if more info is needed. Thank you in advance.

Before anything:
ā¢ Yes! I have searched for the solution on the forum
ā¢ Yes! I have searched for the solution on Google
ā¢ Yes! I have read the PDF file
ā¢ Yes! I extracted cb_1_9_0-unzip1st.zip and get com_comprofiler.zip
ā¢ Yes! I have tried to follow Readme-new-install troubleshooting section
ā¢ No! Nothing works so far
System Specification:
ā¢ Windows 2012
ā¢ IIS 8
ā¢ MySQL 5.5.3
ā¢ PHP 5.3.21
ā¢ CB 1.9
ā¢ Joomla 3.0.3
ā¢ Server runs on VMware Workstation 9
What I did:
1.Simply using Upload Package file option
o Error message, āThere was an error uploading this file to the serverā
o I am not sure why, but Joomla system info says Max file size upload is 20M. So,
I moved on and try the next one
2.Copy com_comprofiler.zip to Joomla temp folder and select āinstall from Directoryā tab and recieved the following errors:
o Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file
o Error
Path does not have a valid package.
3.Unzip com_comprofiler.zip and put files directly to temp folder and select āinstall from Directoryā tab
o It displays āThis webpage is not availableā
-I have put āset_time_limit( 240 );ā right after <php? in administrator/index.php

o Comprofiler folder has been created in administrator/components and

4.Lastly, I unzipped pluginsfiles.tgz and put all the folders and files into Plugin folder then delete pluginsfiles.tgz. I am not sure if i do this one correctly.

-It displays āThis webpage is not availableā
o Repeat number 3:
-Error 500; Installation unexpectedly terminated
-Nothing in error log

o All Writable except configuration.php
o I have check the file permission on configuration.php; IUSR --> Modify (As write/read/delete/read&execute) which I have no idea why it appears like that. Actuall IUSR has been set as Modify from the root folder and inherit down to subfolder and file.

o PHP Safe mode OFF
Global Configuration:

o Error Reporting --> Maximum
o In Joomla error log which located in root/log => found nothing there on log file except I mistype the password when logged in once. That is the only error message in the log file.
