lostpasword not opening

lostpasword not opening was created by caryarit

hi i have this problem with CB when i click on the link forgot my pasword it is not opening the form but just redirecting to my login page, this causes user never to reset the password. my version is 1.8.1. Any help will be higly apreciated.

Upgrade to CB 1.9.
What Joomla version?
Test with default Joomla template and different browser.
