badluck..
after re-installation of component and also created a public access menu called "Profile", its not working again

Turn off SEF and try again.

Joomla -> Global Configuration -> Site -> SEO Settings -> Search Engine Friendly URLs -> No

and test again.

I was having the same problem. Turning off SEF fixed it thanks!

Did the documentation mention that CB is incompatible with SEFs, I don't recall seeing it.
