I created a member. when I click on Members menu, the members Image shows in column 1, Username in column 2, Last Online in column 3.
I activated column 4, calling it Contact Info, adding Phone Number and Email.
I added a phone number and email address to the Member.
The header shows, but phone and email do not.

No idea what Joomla version you are using or what CB version.
Sounds like your question is related to a user list.
