Hide Frontend User Parameters

In registration form how can I hide other parameters field and display only "time zone" field.
With this code work only in edit profile form, not in registration form:

Have you tried changing the field publishing permissions by logging in to Joomla Admin > Components > Community Builder > Field Management. From there, click on the "Title" of the tab you want to change the published, registration, etc. permissions as needed, save. Viola!

But I want display this field in registration form. I need only time zone field and disable other parameters fields.

From the field management area you can set the following parameters:

Required?:
Show on Profile?:
Display field title in Profile?:
Searchable in users-lists?:
User Read Only?:
Show at Registration?:
Published:

So if you set "Show at Registration" to "Yes" and "Show in Profile" to "No" it won't achieve what you need to happen? What do you mean by "other parameters?" Can you provide a url to your profile and your registration pages?

Field params is a fied can display Language and Time Zone and Editor fields in frontend. I am look a way to display only Time Zone field in registration form and in edit profile form.
