I have this notice message "The password has been truncated to the first 55 characters" shows up after a user complete registration. I have attached an image for reference. How to remove them?
Joomla does this automatically. Joomla won't allow passwords beyond 55 characters. I believe this is due to a limitation in the encryption, but you shouldn't really need a password that long. How many characters does the password you're trying to register with have? Also please be sure you're using CB 1.9.1 as it uses Joomla API for password generation from plaintext so CB does not touch the passwords anymore.
