Create Dropdown list of all users / Profile Jump Menu

Hi Everyone,

I am stuck. We have a charity website for an annual walkathon where people can donate to CB profiles (essentially sponsor walkers in the walkathon). The current CB list works, but when an admin has to input 500 donations changing a 5 step process down to 2 step makes a world of a difference.

What I need to do is have a quick way for front-end administrators to jump to a specific profile via a dropdown menu. Is there a way to create an auto-populated dropdown list of all CB Users that links to their profile pages? This list should be sorted by lastname, firstname and when an option is selected, should link to that users profile on the frontend. Basically, like the Lists in CB already, only rather than having the results listed over many pages, it is all contained in a single dropdown list.

i dont think CB allows directly what you need.
a solution could be create a php module who queries the comprofiler table and create the user list.
you can do that with jumi (a component who allows you to use php in a module)

You could create a userlist and set "Number of entries per page" to something like 9999 then set "Show pagination" to "No". Then you don't need to navigate any pages assuming you don't have more than 9999 users, but that could be a pretty heavy/large userlist. There also maybe 3rd party extensions as thewebsurfer suggested that can help with this.
