Running custom PHP code in administrator User Manager area was created by

I would like to run some custom PHP code in the User Edit screen of the CB User Manager in the Joomla back end,

Ideally, this would take the form of a new tab which runs some PHP.

Any ideas how I would do this? Is there a plugin I can use?
