Hello,
I have a field of type "File" and would like to set the filename override parameter to rename the file for users. As this is for users to upload their biography, I would like the filename override to be Firstname_Lastname_bio.ext (For example "John_Smith_bio.pdf")
I've tried, just as a test, "[cb:userfield field="name" /]_bio" but this doesn't work as when I download the files I get just "_bio.pdf"
What would I enter into the override field for this?
Thank you,
Ari

Extension is automatically added so don't include that in the custom filename parameter. The below should work fine.
[firstname]_[lastname]_bio
The userfield substitution respects all access checks while [FIELD_NAME] is direct raw output so it should always pull their name in fine. See the below for further substitution usage information.
