Don't turn this off unless you're already loaded jQuery 3.x on your site.

This is now default off so you can turn it off unless you've custom jQuery that needs it.
We will be dropping jQuery entirely from all of CB in a future release so eventually those parameters and jQuery will be gone, but it takes awhile rewriting thousands of lines of jQuery. This is planned for CB 3.x.
