hi
1-i create many additional field but when i want select them to filter some users according that additional field, i can not remember what is title of that field name. is it possible show label of that fields beside original name of field? now the field name show in dropdown but my mean is show name(title) in the list of drop down.
it is very important to UX problem.
2- also for some field , if they are for example are dropdown type of field or checkbox type, then need to i remember value of that field. for example i have a deopdown field to show list of state or country. if i want filter according a country or state , i must first go to that field list menu and find that to understand a coresponding key of that country then come back to user list to use the value. is it possible show dropdown field value directly such as cb list?

Have added a feature ticket to review improving that filter dropdown to include field title.

No, retrieving a list of all of a fields options would be too performance heavy or require a server side operation. It maybe something considered when CB is rewritten for CB 3.x.
