Within /components/com_comprofiler/plugin/language/cbpaidsubscriptions-en-gb/language.php as "You can access this %s with following %s plans:".

Registration

Within /components/com_comprofiler/plugin/language/default_language/default_language.php as "_REGISTER_TITLE". Note if this is defined by Joomla already then it'll use Joomlas usage.
