Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then test again to try and expose the error. If still no error displayed please review server error log to see if any details about the error are present.

No idea why it's throwing not acceptable. That image exits and the URL to it is completely valid. Ensure $live_site within your configuration.php is blank so paths are built properly.
