I suspect that the install of CComment is causing this. I have 'unpublished' all the plugins & module associated to this, and there were alot, but still can't access. Have you heard of anyone else having issues in community builder due to module/components from compojoomcomment (or ccomment)? I'm contacting this vendor for this software as well but thought you may have some ideas on this.
It's coming from your comment extension. Please contact the developer of your extension as I have no idea how their code works. Best I can suggest is just completely uninstall it.
