Image moderation check don't work fine

I select no on ckeck of user upload images required approval" (img1)
but when I test images upload with a front-end user then it show "Items are pending of approval".

What happen?

First image you have show the CB settings to handle the main profile avatar field moderation.

Second image appears to be related with the CB Gallery plugin.

Please study the CB Gallery plugin manual for instructions on how to configure it as it has its own parameters independent of the CB avatar parameter configuration.
