CBsubs: adding a physical bill option

Hello,
my customer is a federation of about 60 clubs with 8000 members, hence the choice of Jommlapolis, GroupJive, CBsubs.
Believe it or not, in Switzerland, specially with older people, we have a lot of resistance or lack of confidence for web payement.

Could you advise on adding a link "click here to receive bill.pdf" (an email bill with a .pdf attachment with the Post Office Payement Form prefilled).
When the mail is sent the customer could access the site as with an electronic payment. In case he does not pay within 30 days the Club manager would manually disconnect the user.

1. which file contains the above result of inscription, at what line?
2. Does a module exist that would do th above request (send bill.pdf)
3. If not could advise on us writing such a module and sharing it with the community.

The payment slip can't be emailed. It needs to be printed. Once they click to confirm their purchase it'll popup for them to print and mail in with their payment. You can have it not use a popup and render on the same page as the confirmation page if you want by adjusting the payment slip display within CBSubs > Gateways > Offline Gateway.
