CB Conditional not working for tabs

CB Conditional not working for tabs was created by WebJIVE
We have a J3.3.0 site with the latest CB 1.9.1 and the conditional plugin installed. The plugin is working great for fields but, not working on tabs. Attached are two screenshots where we're trying to hide a tab based on a field value and it's not working.

Any thoughts on how to accomplish this?

Under "For..." you have all 3 locations disabled. You need to enable the conditional for at least one of the locations available.
