Radio Buttons all Mandatory?

Well, this has never happened before until the 3rd party security check was installed.
it has since been uninstalled, and the problem still persists.

Let me just explain -

Field 1 Selection with
Option A
Option B
Option C

If A selected, Set A of Radio buttons will display
If B selected, Set B of Radio buttons will display
Both of these fields (selection and radio btns) are required to be selected.

Issue now is - if either set of fields is selected, it shows a message prompting that the other set has to be selected as well.

If the CB Conditional is disabled, then it would definitely require the selection of all the mandatory fields.

I have minimised the errors by setting the open text field to display only when one of the radio buttons to not required.

I do need some guidance on how to rectify this problem urgently.

Required state toggling is bugged in CB Conditional. Please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look, but if you're being affected by the bug in CB Conditional there's nothing I can do until I've investigated and fixed it in next CB Conditional release, which will be after CB 2.0 goes stable.

If it was working before and only broke due to your 3rd party extension it's possible your files have been altered and recommend installing CB 1.9.1 over it self as well as installing latest CB Conditional over it self to remove any file modifications.

So then, would it be safe if the Required fields are set to No for the time being?

CB Conditional - Would the conditions set be still in place if re-installation is done?

Existing settings will be kept.

Have reviewed your install and your CB Conditional is out of date. Your current version is 3.0.2. The latest version is 3.0.12. You're 10 bug fix releases out of date. Please update to 3.0.12 and confirm if your issue persists.
