No.
To upgrade from CB 1.9.1 all you need to do is to just install CB 2.0.
Before doing this on a production site you should - as always as a precaution - take a backup and even do a test install on a cloned site.
Please note that you might need to update some CB Add-ons after you upgrade as the old CB 1.9.1 versions of some add-os are not compatible with CB 2.0.
