Error 1062 was created by bins
I was logged in as admin and then tried logging in to the front end. I entered a wron password and got this error page:


Duplicate entry '1D5sX9BqsiZWwwsWpxb2' for key 'series' SQL=INSERT INTO `w4s8u_user_keys` SET `user_id` = 'admin' , `series` = '1D5sX9BqsiZWwwsWpxb2' , `uastring` = 'f6341755871ac5eea737b617f05fd102' , `time` = 1420551062 , `token` = '$2y$10$l4HHCiXQBz5fS1.pb05BSO2SrPjqzZZaPbi5MLfUhiVIZoPVtbrx.

Logging in with the correct password does not give an error.....

Are you using a Joomla two factor login plugin? For example the "Two Factor Authentication - Google Authenticator" plugin. As far as I'm aware that table is strictly for storing those authentication keys and it's entirely handled by Joomla (we just sent the input value to their login API). Joomla version? CB version? You may want to try purging the _user_keys table then retry to see if issue persists (please backup before doing this).

Not using two factor login!

Will try to purge the db tonight.

Could be another Techjoomla issue - they seem to be popping up all over the place!
