DRPR is diabled error in CB Subs

DRPR is diabled error in CB Subs was created by zingerdigital
When we try to check out in CB Subs using the live Paypal Server...we get an error saying

"DPRP is disabled. Contact site administrator"

Do you know what could be causing this?
