Yep that appears to have resolved the issue. Downloaded the nightly's and still have the subscription filtering issue FYI as well as promotion duplication bug. Thanks for the help!

Neither of those have been fixed yet. We've bug tickets for them, but they're low priority right now. There's just much more critical issues we need to prioritize for now.
