It's just trial and error. Disable non-core CB plugins and non-core Joomla extensions 1 by 1 until it goes away. It could be a module. Could be another CB field. Could be a Joomla system plugin. Only way to find out is disabling 1 by 1 and retesting after each disable.

Thanks for your inputs, i disabled and enabled each Joomla and CB component/ Plugin and found out that CB Antispam plugin is causing the issue. Any work-arounds ?
