I have just uploaded from 1.9 to 2.05 and all the errors or compatibility issues were fixed automatically except for the social networking.

The error is:-
BLOB/TEXT column 'cb_twitter_userid' used in key specification without a key length SQL=ALTER TABLE `ynabr_comprofiler` CHANGE `cb_twitter_userid` `cb_twitter_userid` text

and its the same for all the social networks ie facebook etc and it wont auto fix. Any ideas?

There is no cb_twitter_userid. Do you have some sort of 3rd party social network CB plugin installed? It may need to be updated to be compatible with CB 2.x. The CB Connect field name is twitter_userid (no cb_ prefix), which if you've installed ensure it has been updated to latest CB Connect 6.0.4.
