Please confirm its is possible:

->With the subscription for users of community builder is it possible that when a subscriber doesn't renew their membership they will no longer have access to the website?

Can we make it so that those users can only see the billing area? or will see a warning on all screens and be forwarded to the billing area to renew their subscription?

if yes let me know how?

Disable free registrations (within CBSubs > Settings > Global) and don't provide a free plan. When they expire they won't be able to login until they renew (they should be presented with payment page on login attempt).
