Problems installing latest coolness template

I've downloaded unzip1st_coolness_3.0.1.zip and I'm trying to install j3x_template_coolness_3.0.1.zip. Currently I have j3x_template_coolness_3.0.0.zip installed. I'm going to Extension Manager:Install --> Upload Package File. The error I'm getting is:

I did similar test here and have no warning message.

Typically such a message indicates a permissions issue in your file system.

Please check your Joomla system info area for permissions issues.
